What should I do if I need minor repairs to be done at my convenience or if my car breakdown?
ZIMOTO AutoCare is proud to bring you "Solution On Wheels" which will work round the clock to provide services at your convenience for any minor mechanical/electrical breakdown or repair up to a distance of 15kms from ZIMOTO hubs for all makes of vehicles.
Senior citizens/lady customers are being provided free vehicle pick up & drop facility by the ZIMOTO for the distance of 8-10kms. Prior appointment with the customer is taken by the CRO & the vehicle is taken by the workshop & the vehicle is picked up for services from the customer's place & dropped back after service. Announcing this facility an awareness board is displayed at the customer lounge.
Being a businessman time is money for me, how can I get my car service done at shorter time?
ZIMOTO has introduced a priority service bays to its regular or VIP customers implemented with dedicated boys, manpower tools & equipments & washing facilities to help customers get services done in shorter periods of time.
Is there any transparency in the cost estimation?
Our CROs are highly experienced & trained to create confidence & loyalty among the customers by honestly & accurately educating the customers on various service related activities & helping customers to bring down the repair/service cost by avoiding using unnecessary parts & lengthy jobs. We always welcome our customers to visit the workshop service area to see the real problems of their vehicles & also have customer lounges overlooking to service bays.
How can I get new service experience to my valuable car?
Going far beyond the traditional equipments ZIMOTO brings to your car an extra ordinary body shop experience. ZIMOTO hubs have procured advanced & latest equipments from the worlds best known names to provide vehicle maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics for all makes of vehicles.
Can customer avail the branded spares & accessories at ZIMOTO hubs?
Each & every ZIMOTO hubs have branded spares & accessories retail counters to fulfill the customer’s requirement.
How can I get updates of my vehicle which is at service?
A special software synchronized with automate package has been installed in the workshop for tracking the repair time of the vehicle. Status of different bays is monitored by individual technicians at each bay & if a vehicle gets delayed for any reason our CRO will update to customer the reason for delay with the new out time.
What’s the commitment from ZIMOTO for my valued car?
The commitment from ZIMOTO is to not only deliver the vehicle on time but also to provide low cost & finest services. Our commitment is to deliver your car on the promised & agreed date & fail to do so we will waive off 10% on the labour bill of your car.
